Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days with the exception of handmade crowns.
All handmade crowns take up to 4-6 weeks to create and ship.
All orders in the US will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Customers that place international orders are responsible for duties and taxes.
International customers please contact Info@themonrowe.com for assistance placing orders
Mistakes Happen
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong brim or the brim is damaged please notify us immediately at info@themonrowe.com
We will email you a return shipping label. Once you receive the label please ship back the incorrect brim in the original box and we will ship out the correct brim.
No worn brims will be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer online credit or exchanges. We do not offer returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the brim for an exchange.
Brims must be in their original packaging and unworn in order for exchange to be honored.
In order to receive an exchange for another brim you must email info@themonrowe.com
All exchanges must be postmarked 5 days after notifying us.
