All orders placed before 4:30pm will be shipped out the same day. After 4:30pm orders will be shipped out the next business day.
All orders in the US will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Customers that place international orders are responsible for duties and taxes.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong brim or the brim is damaged please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will email you a return shipping label. Once you receive the label please ship back the incorrect brim in the original box and we will ship out the correct brim.
No worn brims will be accepted.
We offer online credit or exchanges. We do not offer returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the brim for an exchange.
Brims must be in there original packaging and unworn in order for exchange to be honored.
In order to receive an exchange for another brim you must email email@example.com
All exchanges must be postmarked 5 days after notifying us.
