Returns + Exchanges We offer exchanges but no refunds. No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the brim for an exchange.
Brims must be in the original packaging and unworn in order for exchange to be honored. Exchanges must be postmarked 5 days after notifying us.
It is highly recommended that you get insurance for shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen brims. Exchanges are to be mailed USPS, UPS, or Fedex

Shipping Free ground shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days with the exception of handmade crowns. All handmade crowns take up to 4-6 weeks to create and ship.
